In the Glebe, right next to the Rideau Canal, this unique development of lofts, garden homes and penthouse condominiums is writing a new page in the annals of urban development and design. The project meets the sustainable building standards of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system of the Canadian Green Building Council, and exceeds the energy efficiency standards of the Model National Energy Building Code by 50 percent. The building features many of our products and some fantastic heating, air and water systems. As well, it aims to provide mixed income housing to the Ottawa market.
