This is the environmentally friendly, engineered wood our customers have been waiting for. The core is "orchard salvage", wood derived from rubber trees that would normally be burned at the end of their rubber-producing lifespan, contributing to harmful greenhouse gas emissions. Instead our suppliers transform the old wood into attractive, healthy, durable engineered flooring - a particularly stylish choice for covering concrete floors, radiant heat installations and tough spots where other flooring is impractical to nail down.

All Teka Engineered Wood floors are pre-finished with a choice of either urethane or natural oil (a completely natural mix of vegetable oils and waxes that makes a beautiful matte satin finish, is just as durable as polyurethane and is much easier to touch up over time). We also carry a recycled rubber flooring underlay, which stays in place once rolled out and requires no glue. We provide you with comprehensive installation information upon purchase.
